The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a great ambiance. It was conveniently located near shops and attractions, making it convenient to explore the area. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to have a restful sleep.
One major downside was the high price of the room. I found it to be quite expensive compared to similar high-end hotels in the area.

It seemed as though non-guests were using the facilities, making it a bit overcrowded and chaotic at times.

I had a good stay at Hotel Chadstone - Mgallery By Sofitel. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The rooms were stylish, clean, and provided great comfort. The location was perfect for shoppers, with Chadstone shopping mall just around the corner. I also appreciated the extensive wine menu with well-priced options. The pool area was beautiful and easily accessible.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk to the nearby shopping complex and a variety of shops and restaurants. The proximity to the Chadstone Shopping Centre was a major plus for us, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy. The cleanliness of the room was really good, with spacious and beautifully decorated interiors, made us feel right at home. The staff, especially the concierge, were helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to assist us. the breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory and provided a good start to our day.

We had a luxurious stay here, with exquisite amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. the service was impeccable and the Spa & Wellness Centre was top, notch. We enjoyed lounging by the heated swimming pool, taking in the stunning views from the rooftop, and indulging in beauty treatments at the world, class treatment room. the restaurant exceeded our expectations with in, room breakfast and special diet menus available.
The location was slightly off for us, but the hotel made up for it with their exceptional facilities and service.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Chadstone shopping centre. It's so convenient to have all the shops and facilities just a short walk away. During the cold weather, it's especially nice to be able to easily access the shopping centre without having to go outside. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms are well-designed and comfortable, with modern decor that adds a nice touch.
The food options at the hotel were limited. There was no in-room dining available, and the restaurant did not allow guests to take food to their rooms.
